(a) Objects Thrown Into Path of Vehicles. No person shall knowingly cause any litter or any object to fall or to be thrown into the path of a vehicle traveling a highway or hit such a vehicle with any such matter.
(b) Deposits on Public and Private Property. No person shall knowingly dump, deposit, place, throw or leave, or cause or permit the dumping, depositing, placing, throwing or leaving of, litter on any public or private property or waters, other than property designated and set aside for such purposes.
(c) Dangerous Substances. No person shall place or throw glass or other dangerous pointed or edged substances in or on any beach or waters adjacent thereto, highway, walk or public property within fifty feet of a public highway.
