658.03 MALICIOUS DESTRUCTION OF A BUILDING.

No person shall willfully and maliciously destroy or injure any house, barn or other building of another or the appurtenances thereof, if the damage resulting therefrom shall be valued at less than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
