658.02 MALICIOUS DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY.

No person shall willfully and maliciously destroy or injure the personal property of another, by any means not particularly mentioned or described in Section 658.01, if the damages resulting therefrom shall be valued at less than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
