For the purposes of this chapter, the words set out shall have the following meanings:
(a) "Domestic waterfowl" means ducks, geese, and swans retained in agricultural activities.
(b) "Feeding or baiting" means the act of or furnishing of food or other sustenance in any manner or form so as to lure, attract, or entice waterfowl.
(c) "Migratory waterfowl" means wild ducks, geese, and swans found in North America.
