278.02 MEMBERSHIP.

The Water Management Board shall consist of nine members as follows: one member of the Village Council, one member of the Planning Commission and seven members who shall be electors of the Village who are not members of the Village Council or employees of the Village. In addition, the Village Administrator or his or her designee shall be an ex-officio member of the Board, but shall not have a vote.
