274.02 MEMBERSHIP.

The Parks and Recreation Board shall consist of 11 members, as follows: one member of the Village Council, one member of the Planning Commission and nine members who shall be electors of the Village who are not members of the Village Council or regular (does not include seasonal) employees of the Village.
