(a) The Ordinance Enforcement Officer is hereby authorized to enforce the following ordinances of the Village of Wolverine Lake, whether heretofore or hereafter enacted, and whether said ordinances specifically designate a different official to enforce the same or do not designate any particular enforcing officer:
Health hazards (Section 674.05)
Drainage ditches (Chapter 1022)
Topsoil removal (Chapter 1474)
Swimming pools (Chapter 1472)
Weed control (Chapter 694)
Sidewalk and street openings (Chapter 1020)
Water pollution (1046.09)
Dangerous buildings (Chapter 1462)
Construction Code (Chapter 1420)
Housing property maintenance (Chapter 1480)
Zoning Ordinance including fences (Chapters 1240 et seq.)
Land Fill Ordinance (Chapter 1464)
(b) Where a particular officer is so designated in any such ordinance, the authority of the ordinance Enforcement Officer to enforce the same shall be in addition and supplementary to the authority granted to such other specific officer. The authority of such ordinance Enforcement Officer shall also be in addition and supplementary to the authority vested in the President of the Council by State statute. The ordinance enforcing authority of the President of the Council and the other officers specifically designated in any Village ordinance shall continue in full force and effect and shall in no way be diminished or impaired by the terms of this chapter. Additions or deletions to the specific ordinances to be enforced by the ordinance Enforcement Officer may from time to time be made by resolution of the Village Council.
