Any person selected as Village Administrator need not be a resident of the Village at the time of his or her appointment, but shall become a resident of the Village within 120 days after appointment and so remain throughout his or her tenure of office. Residency may be waived by the Village Council for the duration of the contract between the Village of Wolverine Lake and the employee.
