(a) The Village of Wolverine Lake hereby establishes a Municipal Ordinance Violations Bureau ("Bureau") to accept admissions of responsibility for Municipal civil infractions in response to Municipal civil infraction violation notices.
(b) Payments made to the Bureau shall be retained and accounted for as fines and shall be deposited in the General Fund.
(c) The Bureau shall be located at the Village of Wolverine Lake Village Hall and shall be under the supervision and control of the Village of Wolverine Lake Police Department. However, payments shall be made to the Village Treasurer.
