The Administrator shall act as Purchasing Agent of the Village, unless he or she shall designate another officer or employee of the Village to act as Purchasing Agent concurrently with him or her. Any such designation shall be in writing, filed with the Clerk. The Administrator shall, from time to time, adopt any necessary rules respecting requisitions and purchase orders.
