Sec. 4.3  ELECTION OF PRESIDENT.
   The office of the President shall be held by the Councilperson selected by a majority of the elected members of the Council at the first regular Council meeting following the regular Village election, said term of office to run for two (2) years.
   Any tie shall be determined according to the manner provided in the statutes of the State of Michigan.
   At the first regular Council meeting following each regular Village election, the Village of Wolverine Lake Council shall, by a majority vote of its elected members, elect a President Pro-Tem, who shall hold such office for a two (2) year term and who shall serve as the President of the Council during a temporary absence or a temporary disability of the President of the Council.
