§ 1-10-35 COLLECTION FEES.
   A collection fee of 35% of Court penalties, cost fines and fees in cases in which the accused has failed to appear or otherwise failed to satisfy a monetary obligation imposed by the Court shall be added to any such case which is referred to a collection agency for collection.
