§ 1-8-3 DEPUTY CLERK AND DEPUTY TREASURER.
   (A)   There may be created the offices of:
      (1)   Deputy Town Clerk; and
      (2)   Deputy Town Treasurer.
   (B)   Persons appointed to fill the positions shall be appointed by the Board of Trustees.
