The limits referred to in the Fire Prevention Code, in which storage of flammable liquids in outside above-ground tanks is prohibited, shall be the town limits. The limits referred to in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted, and the limits in which storage of explosives and blasting agents is prohibited, are hereby established as the town limits. This section shall not effect installations in existence at the time this section was initially adopted.
