§ 10-1-20 INJUNCTIONS.
   The Town Attorney, upon discovery of any violations of the provisions of this subchapter, may immediately seek injuncture relief against those persons violating provisions of this subchapter, and to bring civil action against such persons for damages and expenses resulting from any violations of provisions of this subchapter.
