It is necessary and essential as a matter of public interest and necessity, as well as public health and welfare, that the construction or building of chicken broiler houses be prevented within the town limits.
(A) From and after the effective date of this section, no person within the town, shall construct or build a chicken broiler house within the town limits.
(B) The Town Clerk shall cause to be filed one copy of this section with the Office of the County Clerk.
