§ 1-6-20 BOARD TO DETERMINE RULES.
   (A)   The Board may determine its own rules, and may compel the attendance of absent members in the manner and under penalties as the Board may prescribe.
   (B)   Whenever a Trustee is absent from more than one-half of all meeting of the Board, regular and special, held within any period of four consecutive months, or failure to attend 70% of all meetings in a year’s period, whichever comes first, then he or she shall thereupon cease to hold office.
