§ 6-6-2 ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE PROHIBITED, INCLUDING DOGS AND CATS.
   (A)   The owner or keeper shall not permit any animals, including a dog or cat, and including but not limited to other animals or fowl, to be at large in the town.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any animal to be at large at any time in the town.
