(A) The Board of Trustees shall meet regularly, on the first Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m., and at such other times as it may prescribe by ordinance, resolution or otherwise, at the Town Hall. Where the day for a meeting falls upon a day which is a legal holiday in the state, the meeting shall be held on the next succeeding day which is not a holiday. Special meetings may be called by the Mayor or any two Trustees. A majority of all the members of the Board shall constitute a quorum to do business, but a smaller number may adjourn from day to day.
(B) Every meeting of the Board of Trustees shall be held in the Town Hall unless, in case of an emergency, the Mayor designates another place in the town for the holding of a special meeting. Any adjourned meeting may be held at any other place within the town designated by the Board.
