All misdemeanor criminal offenses codified in 21 O.S. and 63 O.S. are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, applicable in the town as fully as if set out at length herein, punishable as provided in § 1-4-1. A copy of such laws are on file in the Clerk’s office.
