§ 5-1-4 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any law or code adopted by reference in this chapter is guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in §1-4-1. In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violations.
