(A) A retail marijuana establishment permit will not be granted to any applicant where the proposed location would be located within 1,000 feet of a private or public preschool, or K-12 school entrance.
(B) For the distance requirements outlined in this chapter, the distances described shall be computed by the same calculation measurements used by State Medical Marijuana Association.
