§ 4-4-2 PERMIT REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   All operators of retail marijuana establishments are required to obtain a retail marijuana establishment permit from the Town Clerk.
   (B)   The retail marijuana establishment permit fee shall be $2,500 per year. The fee shall be used to offset municipal expenses covering cost related to licensing, inspection, administration and enforcement of retail marijuana establishments.
