§ 4-3-2 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It is unlawful for a transient merchant, itinerant or itinerant merchant or itinerant vendor as defined in § 4-3-3 to engage in such business within the town without first obtaining a license therefor in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
