§ 37.04 INVESTIGATIONS.
   In the event that any accusation of misconduct relating to fiscal matters is brought against the Administrator, the Village Attorney shall either conduct the investigation, or if ethically prohibited from doing so, shall appoint a neutral outside attorney to conduct the investigation.
