§ 37.02 ADMINISTRATOR; REPORTING TO AUTHORITIES.
   The Administrator shall bear ultimate responsibility to report to the corporate authorities regarding compliance by all village officers, elected officials and employees with the terms and conditions of the then-current Fiscal Policy Manual. The Administrator shall be assisted, as appropriate, by the Finance Director, Treasurer and Village Attorney.
