Recreational cannabis business establishment facilities, as defined herein, requiring approval of a conditional use in the respective districts in which they are requested shall be processed in accordance with §§ 154.283, 154.284, and 154.285 of this title and § 154A.04. The fee charged by the village for reviewing any application for a conditional use permit under this section shall be $5,000.
