§ 158.06 PERMITTED SIGNS IN RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS.
   The following signs shall be permitted within the village as accessory uses in residential zoning districts, and shall be subject to all applicable standards.
   (A)   Exempt signs as specified in § 158.04.
   (B)   Temporary signs as specified in § 158.08.
   (C)   Official flags.
   (D)   One identification sign, not to exceed 32 square feet in total surface area if single-faced, or 45 square feet in total surface area if double-faced, for the following uses: religious institution, private or public school and facilities constructed and maintained by any taxing district. Such a sign shall be erected solely for the purpose of displaying the name and address of the institution and its activities or services. Such a sign may be illuminated, shall not exceed six feet in height, and shall be set back a minimum of ten feet from any lot line.
