Where it can be demonstrated that connection to the village sewer system is unduly burdensome, the Village Board of Trustees and President may allow construction of individual disposal systems. It must be further demonstrated that soil and ground water conditions are compatible with individual disposal systems. Disposal systems shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the village plumbing code and the requirements of the County Health Department.
