Every effort shall be made to construct a sanitary sewer system which is contiguous to and integral with the village's sewer system. Design and materials of construction shall comply with §§ 152.90 through 152.94. Due consideration shall be given to logical extensions of the system and the village's master sewer plan. All improvements shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements of the Illinois E.P.A., the North Short Sanitary District, and the village.
