(A) Road geometrics shall conform to the design standards established in the Highway Design Manual. Roads shall be designed on the basis of the following design speeds:
Collector roads - 40 mph
Local roads - 30 mph
All design standards are subject to the minimum requirements as specified herein.
(B) Angles on the centerlines of roads shall not be permitted except at intersections. Centerline radii shall be as follows:
Collector roads - 250 feet
Local and all other roads - 100 feet.
(C) Vertical curves shall be required where the algebraic difference in grades is 2% or greater. In no case shall a vertical curve at a road intersection be less than 50 feet.
