§ 153.120 ROAD WIDTHS.
   The following road widths shall be considered as the minimum requirements:
   Collector roads shall have a width of 34 feet of paving laid upon a 36-foot wide base. Local roads shall have a width of 22 feet of paving laid upon a 24-foot wide base.
