Roads shall be related appropriately to topography, soils, and drainage. Local roads shall be curved wherever possible to avoid conformity of lot appearance. All roads shall be arranged so as to obtain as many building sites as possible at or above the grades of the roads. The grades of the roads shall conform as closely as possible to the original topography. A combination of steep grades and curves shall be avoided.
