Parks and recreation sites to meet the needs of the entire proposed subdivision may be required in subdivisions of 50 or more lots, and having a lot size less than two acres. The location and suitability of the sites must be approved by the village. Where subdividers are required to provide park and recreation sites, the subdivider shall dedicate such sites to the village and they must be properly graded, seeded, and mulched.
