(A) The minimum lot width shall be 120 feet at the road right-of-way line for lots not fronting on cul- de-sacs.
(B) The minimum lot area shall be 17,500 square feet for lots not fronting on cul-de-sacs.
(C) Lots fronting on cul-de-sacs shall have a minimum width of 75 feet at the building line.
(D) Lots fronting on cul-de-sacs shall have a minimum area of 20,000 square feet.
(E) Lots shall not have unusual or irregular shapes which are not conducive to building or efficient land use.
(F) Side lot lines, as nearly as practicable, shall be at right angles to or radial to right-of-way lines.
