§ 135.99 PENALTY.
   Any violation of the provisions of the Illinois Conservation Codes shall hereafter be considered a violation of this chapter and each such violation shall subject the violator thereof to the penalty provisions provided in the Illinois Conservation Codes as adopted hereunder.
