§ 126.20 MINIMUM AGE TO PURCHASE REGULATED PRODUCTS AND ACCESSORIES.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to purchase regulated products or misrepresent their age or use any false or altered identification with the intention of purchasing regulated products.
   (B)   Any person under the age of 21 years shall not be in violation of this section if such regulated product is in an unopened container or package and was in the person's possession pursuant to the performance of specified duties at a lawful place of employment. By way of example, and not limitation, this provision allows persons under 18 to stock shelves with tobacco products at a licensed establishment, but it does not authorize that person to conduct sales.
