Upon the approval by the Village Board of the village of the application as provided in this chapter and the payment of the required license fee, the Village Clerk shall issue to the person or persons applying therefor a license allowing the retail sale of tobacco and e-cigarette products under the provisions of this chapter, indicating the classification under which the license is issued, and the term for which such license is issued. The license shall be signed by the Mayor.
