§ 124.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to maintain an undertaking establishment or to operate as an undertaker or mortician in the village without first having obtained a license as herein provided. Such licenses shall be issued and held subject to the provisions of Chapter 120 of this code.
