§ 123.04 VEHICLES LICENSE BOARD.
   (A)   There is established a public vehicles license board which shall consist of the members of the Board of Trustees. The Village President shall be chairman of the board.
   (B)   The public vehicles board shall meet on the call of the chairman or of two members thereof, at such times as may be necessary to transact its business.
