(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to do business in the village as a plumber without having first secured a permit as herein required. Applications for such permit shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk and shall state thereon the name of the applicant, business name, place of business, telephone number, and related information.
