§ 118.03 PERMANENT OCCUPANCY PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any hotel operator to knowingly permit any person to rent or occupy any room or rooms in the same hotel for more than 30 days during any 60-day period, as permanent occupancy of a hotel room by a person is prohibited.
