§ 118.02 DAILY RECORDS; RIGHT OF VILLAGE TO INSPECT.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of every hotel operator to keep accurate and complete books and records which shall include a daily sheet showing:
      (1)   The number of hotel rooms rented during the 24-hour period, including multiple rentals of the same hotel room where such shall occur;
      (2)   The name and address of the person renting each unit for each date in question; and
      (3)   The number of persons occupying said unit during the rental period.
   (B)   Every hotel operator shall keep such books or records as required by this section for a period of two calendar years from the date the last entry is made in each record or book.
   (C)   Any member of the Police Department or the Building Department may enter the premises of any hotel to inspect the books and records required by this section.
