It is hereby declared to be the policy of the village that the owner or occupant of premises located within the corporate limits of this village shall have the sole right to make the determination of whether solicitors, canvassers, or peddlers shall not be invited onto their respective premises, and such owners or occupants shall further have the sole right to revoke that permission, once given.
