§ 116.16 APPEAL OF REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION.
   Any person aggrieved by the suspension or revocation of a license shall have the right to a hearing before the Village President provided a written request is filed with the Village Clerk within ten days after the receipt of the notice of such action.
