Licenses may be revoked or suspended by the Village President for any of the following causes:
(A) Fraud, misrepresentation, or incorrect statement contained in the application for license.
(B) Conducting such licensed activity in such a manner as to constitute a breach of the peace, or a menace to the health, safety, or welfare of the public, upon the recommendation of the appropriate village official.
(C) Actions unauthorized by or beyond the scope of the license granted.
(D) Violations of any village code or ordinance applicable to the business or activity for which the license was granted, or violations of any regulations or laws of the state so applicable.
