(A) The application fees for the licenses required by this section shall be as follows:
Restaurant | $100 per year |
Itinerant restaurant | $100 per year |
Prepackaged food vendor | $50 per year |
Seasonal mobile vending sandwich stand. The number of seasonal mobile sandwich stand
food licenses shall be
zero
. | $50 (good for six months from date of issuance) |
(B) All licenses shall be issued by the Village Clerk for a period from May 1 and ending April 30 of the following year, except the itinerant restaurant license which shall be issued for a ten-day period as designated by the village health officer.
(C) No license shall be prorated for a portion of a year, and no application fee shall be refundable after an application has been submitted to the Village Clerk.
(D) All vending machine licenses shall be affixed to the vending machine or on a surface area immediately adjacent to said machine, which is visible to the public.
(E) No person, business, or establishment shall be allowed to obtain more than two itinerant restaurant licenses during any calendar year.
