§ 116.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FOOD FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. All food and drink intended for human consumption
including packaged, non-readily perishable food, such as candy, chewing gum, nut meats, and other such foods. ('79 Code, § 1203(2))
   ITINERANT RESTAURANT. A restaurant operating for a temporary period not to exceed ten days in connection with a fair, carnival, circus, public exhibition, or other similar gathering.
   PREPACKAGED FOOD VENDOR. Any establishment or business which dispenses or sells prepackaged, non-readily perishable food, such as candy, chewing gum, nut meats, potato chips, pretzels, popcorn, and bottled soft drink beverages on its premises.
   RESTAURANT. Includes any place where food or drink (other than alcoholic liquor) is prepared or served to the public for consumption, including and not limited to a RESTAURANT, coffee house, ice cream parlor, luncheonette, tavern, mobile sandwich stand, soda fountain, and mini-mart.

   TOBACCO AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS. Cigarettes, cigars, or tobacco in any form intended for human use. All products containing tobacco, including, without limitation, cigarettes, cigars, loose tobacco, pipe tobacco, chewing tobacco, snuff and whole leaf tobacco.

   VENDING MACHINE. Any self-service device offered for public use which dispenses unit servings of food or beverage either in bulk or package, without the necessity of replenishing the device between each vending operation, including, but not limited to coin- or token-operated devices.
