It shall be unlawful to operate or maintain any rendery, tallow chandlery, soap factory, glue factory, tannery, packing plant, slaughterhouse, or other similar operations within the village or within one mile and one half of the limits thereof without having first secured the permission of the Village President and Board of Trustees and the proper zoning.
