§ 115.02 APPLICATIONS; FEE.
   (A)   Applications for such licenses shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk. But no such licenses shall be issued except upon the express order of the Board of Trustees.

   (B)   The annual fee for such licenses other than machine shop licenses shall be $100.
